submitted by Belinda L. - Apr 10, 2020|Recommended: YesI Love It Here — I've had a few mishaps here with small things but nothing that would make me not want to live out here. The rental ofc has been nothing but good to me about everything. Ive learned that communication is the key to living well out here. These are older apts but the kitchen is larger and more spacious than any other apts that I've seen anywhere. It has alot of space here and an extra storage room. The patio is larger than most and a extra bonus is the doorbell I love it I have not had any maintenance issues to speak of.

Pet Policy

Pets (cats/dogs) are prohibited except within the restrictions of the community and with management’s written approval. There is a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. In addition, pet rent of $15.00 per pet is due on the 1st day of each and every calendar month thereafter. Canine breed restrictions include but may not be limited to the following: Akitas, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Husky, Mastiff, German Shepherd or any mix of those listed. The pet(s) weight cannot exceed 35 pounds. Reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, rodents, ferrets, arachnid or insects are not permitted by occupants or guests within the apartment community. Applicants are required to complete a Pet Screening for each of their pets or service/companion animals prior to final application approval. Pet Screenings are $20 for the first pet and $15 for additional pets. Service/companion animal registration is free.
