|Recommended: YesI have dealt with and spoken to Mrs. Lauren and Mrs. Lynn. They are both friendly and helpful. The complex is quiet. The apartment is spacious, and maintenance usually responds to requests very quickly. I have not had any issues in the multiple years I've been here. My experience has been a good one.

They will definitely let you know what's going on, or if you have any violations...Very spacious, somewhat quiet, grounds are well kept. Maintenance is also quick to respond. Close to everything.

|Recommended: YesAffordable And Comfortable — It's an affordable apartment and comfortable. Mine is spacious. They keep care of the grounds and building. Anytime there is an issue they are quick to fix it. Staff is friendly. Sometimes you can heayt neighbors but nothing terrible where it ruins your stay. It's worth living here.

|Recommended: YesI Love It Here — I've had a few mishaps here with small things but nothing that would make me not want to live out here. The rental ofc has been nothing but good to me about everything. Ive learned that communication is the key to living well out here. These are older apts but the kitchen is larger and more spacious than any other apts that I've seen anywhere. It has alot of space here and an extra storage room. The patio is larger than most and a extra bonus is the doorbell I love it I have not had any maintenance issues to speak of.
